Students Presenting Models

Model Presentation

In model presentation the students are supposed to build a static or working model based on their subject of interest. Their respective models will be then set up in the Sci-Art studio arena which will be open for the visitors for two days. Model Presentation will be divide into two categories:-

  1. Static Models (3-D Models)
  2. Working Models

Poster Presentation

In poster presentation the students are supposed to prepare a poster based on their subject of interest. Their respective posters will be then presented in the arena which will be open for the visitors all the two days. Prior to that the participants are required to submit an abstract which would comprise of a brief explanation of the poster. The dimensions of the poster should be

50 X 38 inch (Height X Width)

Areas :-
  1. STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathamatics)
  2. Humanities
  • Participant must submit their abstracts before 30 December 2019
  • And email the abstract to


Oral Presentation

Rules and guidelines for Oral Presentation
  1. The only selected participant will be given an opportunity for oral presentation.
  2. The preference or selection will be decided based on the quality of research work and the potential for commercialization or societal impact. Reviews, surveys and case studies will be not considered for oral presentation. They can register for the poster presentation
  3. The abstract must be registered before 30th December 2020. The abstract must have results and key findings.
  4. The name of the shortlisted participant will be announced by 5th January 2020
  5. If participants selected, kindly limit your presentation up to 15 slides which include acknowledgments/Affiliations (and any relevant disclosures), rationale with a summary of previously published data, the definition of question/hypothesis, and methods used, results with the most critical experimental results, conclusion.
  6. Allotted time for PowerPoint presentation is 8 minutes followed by 4 minutes for the discussion session.
